FPGA Design Engineer
Accolade Technology is a leading developer of FPGA based packet processing and analysis PCIE Adapters. Our state of the art ANIC adapters offer 1, 10, 20, 40 and 100 GigE interfaces performing functions such as packet filtering, load-balancing and flow classification. Accolade’s adapters are deployed in a wide variety of Network Monitoring and Security appliances. Accolade’s rapid growth has resulted in the need to further expand its world class, dynamic Engineering team with an FPGA Design Engineer.
Location: Greater Boston Area
Job Responsibilities
Participate in all phases of FPGA design including specification, design, synthesis, verification and bring-up. Implement and support new customer firmware requirements. Contribute to best in class FPGA design practices and methodologies.
Academic Qualifications: B.S. or M.S. EE Degree
Work Experience: Up to 5 years of experience with complex logic design and verification, using the Xilinx tool chain and IP, preferably in the telecommunications market. Experience with high-performance FPGA design, Verilog HDL, timing closure and debugging.
Must be a team player, have the ability to interact and work with other professional team members, possess good communication skills. Communicate with customers, have a passion for building best-in-class products.

Engineering Technician

Educational Background: Minimum 2 Year Associates College Degree in Electrical Engineering & Electronics or Equivalent Training in Technical Institute.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- INTERFACE WITH ENGINEERING TEAM IN BOARD PROTOTYPE BUILDS
- INTERFACE & SUPPORT MANUFACTURING IN NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
- DEVELOP TEST PROCEDURES
- DEBUG OF MANUFACTURING AND FIELD RETURNS
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electronic board-level testing, debug of manufacturing and field test returns. Assist with board-level engineering prototype builds.
- Interaction with and support of manufacturing team in new product introduction.
- Candidate should be a motivated self-starter and team-player with good communications skills.
- Ideal candidate should have strong competence in reading schematics and ability to document debug analysis results. Experience with test and measurement equipment including dvms, oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.

Job Responsibilities:
- Full life cycle responsibility (design, implementation, support) of networking driver and ecosystem software
- Develop and maintain user API documentation and example usage applications
- Develop and maintain internal system design validation and hardware test benches
- Follow team development and tracking processes
- Participate in code and system architecture reviews
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years experience including kernel, networking, and embedded systems software development
- Skills:
- Expert proficiency in C programming and implementation of multi-threaded applications
- Linux device driver development
- IP networking expertise (IPS/IDS) — preferred
- Windows device driver knowledge — preferred
- Python knowledge — preferred

Digital Marketing Manager

The initial requirement will be for 20-30 hours per week and expected to evolve into a full-time position for the appropriate candidate within 6 months.

Educational Background: Minimum 4 Year Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology or related.
